This weekend, the Kielce Bike-Expo Online fair welcomes its participants from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.  In addition to getting to know the offer of companies' representatives - producers and distributors, it will also be possible to take part in thematic meetings.

Engaging industry webinars await the participants, and among them - "Safe two-wheeler trip", "The bicycle - means for commuting and a form of city recreation", "Training and nutrition.  What to pay attention to when preparing for the season? "  and "Preparations for amateur racing".   The first session features the Provincial Police Headquarters in Kielce representatives who discuss issues related to the appropriate preparation for bicycle license exams. They will also present the correct attitudes of two-wheeler users. The other webinar offers a dose of knowledge on planning shorter and longer bicycle trips enhanced with information on the use of bicycles as an environmentally friendly means of transport. The third proposal offers hands-on experience derived tips on how a well-organised training should look like and how to eat while preparing for the season. There will also be information on how to start your adventure with cycling sports.
