There have been the four road construction expos launched in Targi Kielce
The inauguration ceremony was also attended by Ewa Borucka - Tomala, GDDKiA CEO, Cezary Grabarczyk - Deputy Speaker of the Polish Sejm, Stanislaw Żmijan - Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Infrastructure, Zbigniew Rynasiewicz, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development and representatives of local authorities and institutions which support the trade show.
"The expo held in Kielce is an important meeting platform which bring together industries involved in the the process of the country modernisation. The Kielce construction road exhibition commences today at Targi Kielce; the expo is an active part of roads and highways modernization; we can all witness the changes, across the country - said the Deputy Speaker of the Republic of Poland Parliament Lower Chamber Sejm Cezary Grabarczyk. - Today the Polish roads are among Europe's most modern. Still we have not completed the work - we hope that the next European Union financial perspective will allow us to complement and modernize the existing road and motorway network. Further investments are still in progress. "
The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Infrastructure Stanislaw Żmijan stressed - "The European economy needs to compete with economies of the world - in order to face the challenges we must continue what we have already started, what has also been realized here in Kielce. This is the meet place for the front-runners of economic and scientific development, leaders of innovation... Conferences, seminars, entrepreneurs' meetings held in Targi Kielce have served this purpose for more than 20 years. This event is well established not only in Poland and Europe, but I daresay in the whole world ".
AUTOSTRADA POLSKA, MASZBUD, ROTRA and TRAFFIC EXPO-TIL expos' have brought together about 400 leading companies of the road engineering sector. Exhibitors from 21 countries brought to Kielce state-of-the art equipment, machinery, technological solutions and products for road construction and maintenance of the existing road network.
