They will fight for the Polish defence industry

The agenda of second day of METAL included the meeting on the presentation of Polish foundries during next year's International Defence Industry Exhibition

Targi Kielce, the Foundry Chamber of Commerce, and the Technical Association of Polish Founders organized the discussion, "Polish Foundry for the Arms Industry—MSPO 2025." The first-time initiative dates back to 2015 and was very well received by both the foundry industry and Polish manufacturers from the arms sector. Arkadiusz Krzeczkowski, director of the Kielce exhibition and congress centre trade fair department emphasised during yesterday's conversation – The geopolitical situation has changed significantly since then, the needs of the defence industry are enormous and this is a great opportunity for Polish foundries.

The foundry representatives present at the meeting had many questions, and the discussion ended with a motion to begin preparatory activities for bilateral meetings as soon as possible.
