Three days, 25 conferences with the attendance of over 1,200

25 february 2013
The Congress Centre has not yet been complete; however Targi Kielce reigns supreme as a conference organiser

The new Congress Centre will be operational in September 2013

ENEX, ENEX New Energy, Ekotech and Pneumaticon programme comprises of 25 business sector conferences and training sessions which complement the exhibition; the shows are the showcase for 200 exhibitors who put on display the state-of-the-art equipment associated with renewable energy sources, ecology and pneumatics. The seminars focus on the product range showcased at the exhibitions. The sessions are devoted to, inter alia, heat pumps, bio-gas plants, waste management, water resources and sewage treatment, smart eclectic devices, green energy, selective waste collection, bio-mass, photovoltaic, electric solutions for communes as well as renewable energy sources.

There is an increasing number of number of business sector meetings which accompany exhibitions; the market has also demonstrated the growing demand for congresses which are not associated with expos. The greatest investment in Targi Kielce’s history has entered the interior finishing phase. The construction costs of the Congers Centre, designed to accommodate as many as 1,000 event participants at the same time, account for over 70 million PLN. The facility will become operational in autumn 2013. The building, owing to its creative construction based upon the idea of modular halls can be used as the venue for large-scale events such as congresses, concerts or conferences as well as for smaller seminars and cosy and homely atmosphere exhibitions and vernisages. The largest auditorium can seat 700 guests; and in this hall, there is the stage equipped with concert sound system and suspension frame for camera cranes and most refine stage-design elements. The 4 smaller rooms of 100 seat capacity each also offer bespoke space design. In addition to the above the Congress Centre will comprise a spacious and superbly equipped Press Centre, a comfortable VIP Zone and dressing rooms for artists.

Targi Kielce is already a venue for events which bring together a few thousand or even a few dozens of thousands participants. Poland’s most state-of-the-art exhibition hall is used for such occasions; and there are a number of such celebrations a year. The annual Finals of the Sports Popularity Contest, accompanied with a banquet for 600 guests or the September’s Ennio Morricone’s live performance which brought together over 2,000 music lovers serve as examples here.

- The Congress Centre complemented with our professional team will serve as the tool to provide comprehensive services for our guests. Targi Kielce, the organiser of 70 exhibitions and 600 conferences and training sessions a year will then become one venue of many, or I venture to say, all possibilities – this is the Targi Kielce’s President of Board Andrzej Mochoń’s invitation.
