Maszyny ENERGYLINE będą nowością od firmy Tools Factory na targach Plastpol 2024.

Tools Factory joins the Plastpol Expo to show the latest ENERGYLINE series vacuum thermoformers

26 april 2024
The four days of Plastpol offer the chance to learn about the latest ENERGYLINE machines, designed to save energy and resource, both for machines production and construct . What's more, Tools Factory experts are presenting their presentation of a new method of heating plastics and ENERGYLINE machines on Wednesday, 22 May. Visitors can register to visit the expo at any time

ENERGYLINE machines are a great solution for those who value measurable savings;  they have been designed to save energy and resource, both for machines production and construct . The most important distinguishing feature - specially constructed heating elements equipped with a movable, moving panel with halogen heaters. The movement pace and range, as well as the heater power are assigned to the position and controlled by software.  This dynamic material heating method ensures better heat distribution, more uniform energy distribution, and no surface overheating, resulting in large heating energy savings of 40 - 50%. The heating times of the materials are comparable to traditional, "full" furnaces equipped with quartz heaters. There are additional benefits, such as very low installed power. ENERGYLINE machines require less power which means connections with correspondingly lower electrical power.

ENERGYLINE machines can be used to form all types of thermoplastics. The control program allows you to adjust the process parameters and speed to the properties of the material and achieve optimal quality results.  The standard equipment of the machines includes many modern solutions, and the list of additional options (proportional valves, central cooling system, stamp, QR code scanner, etc.) allows you to adapt the machine to the required production profile. We offer as well, the possibility of individual adjusting the heating power of the machine to the customer’s needs.

Tools Factory offer as well, the possibility of individual adjusting the heating power of the machine to the customer’s needs. ENERGYLINE thermoforming machines are offered in several sizes;  the largest allows sheets processing with maximum dimensions of 2500 x 1500 mm (forming area 2450 x 1450 mm).

ENERGYLINE can be called a groundbreaking and revolutionary solution in vacuum thermoforming of plastics. Here are the key reasons:

  • A new dynamic heating solution, wandering heating panels in heaters
  • Heating energy savings of 40 – 50% compared to traditional quartz heaters
  • Average energy consumption approx. 0.17 kWh/kg of material (test results for typical materials range from 0.13 to 0.25 kWh/kg)
  • Low heating power – from 22 to 52 kW (two heaters) depending on dimensions
  • Short delivery time – from 3 to 5 months

See with your own eyes - ENERGYLINE works in film and live during the Targi Kielce Plastpol.
