The International Fair of Public Transport organised by Targi Kielce is the largest event of this kind in Poland and this part of Europe. The annual event of TRANSEXPO hosts the leading companies of the industry sector which present the market hits and novelties. However the exhibition is first and foremost the place of international product launches.

In 2011 the fair strategic partner is AUTOSAN S.A; the company based in Sanok is one of the larges and the oldest industrial establishments in Podkarpacie region. Its commercial activity dates back the year 1832. AUTOSAN is most widely known in Poland for its bus production,
however railway carriages and trams have also been produced in the plant long history. AUTOSAN logo features a stylized stork. The company offers a wide range of busses for city transport, suburban and intercity busses as well as school busses and specially equipped busses to provide services for the disabled. The busses offered by AUTOSAN offer the most modern solutions for passenger safety, ecology and cost efficiency.

At present the company focuses on two lines of busses: city busses SANCITY and intercity busses EUROLIDER. The production strategy concentrated on production of city busses developed by AUTOSAN has resulted in two prototypes developed last year; a 12-metre low-floor bus SANCITY 12LF and the articulated low-floor SANCITY 18LF, both of which were officially presented as product launches during TRANSEXPO fair in Kielce. In the Internet contest organised by the bus portal Infobus this double premiere was pronounced the greatest bus event of the year 2010.


It was during TRANSEXPO 2010 when the intercity low-entry bus of 15 metre length - EUROLIDER 15LE was officially presented.
