The 9th National Championship in Professional Make-up was held within the scope of the Venus Fair; this time the event was organised under the banner of “A Romantic Bride:.

The five contestants entered the competition; the contender drew off models and weddings gowns and got down to make-up application.

The candidates were supposed to put on the whole make-up within 45 minutes. Every step of the process was carefully watched by the jury panel presided by the Polish Make-up Champion Ewa Filipecka. For the first time in the competition history, the jury panel also included Joanna Ferdynus (Maxineczka) – the household name among all make-up aficionados, the author of one of the most popular blogs devoted to tics.

Małgorzata Ślusarczyk has been pronounced the championship winner; Mrs Ślusarczykis the Mary Kay make-up artist and skin-care advisor. Karolins Kot came second in the ranking, Agnieszka Banasik was ranked third.
