After conducting the qualification procedure, the Supervisory Board of the Company selected candidates for the positions of the President and Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of PGZ SA. Mr Sebastian Chwałek was appointed to the position of the President of the Management Board; the functions of Vice-Presidents of the Management Board will be exercised by Mr. Bogdan Borkowski and Mr Paweł Olejnik. In accordance with the PGZ SA Articles of Association, the appointment of the persons as mentioned above to hold the PGZ SA Management Board positions is based upon the relevant opinions of the Minister of State Assets and after obtaining approval for employment issued by a commission appointed by the Prime Minister which verifies limitations regarding the activities exercised by persons performing public functions.

It is worth noting that Deputy Minister Sebastian Chwałek has been the chairman of the MSPO Programme Board for many years; at the gala session of the last MSPO organised in strict sanitary conditions, the chairman recapitulated the expo:
