The International FitStyle Winter Convention 2013 was held in Targi Kielce on 22nd and 23rd February; the event generated an avid interest among the instructors as well as fitness aficionados. The workshops brought together the total number of 230 people. The classes were held by the world – famous instructors, including Salvatore Panebianco from Italy, Jessica Mellet from France, Per Markussen from Sweden.

- I am glad that Kielce is the venue for the FitStyle Winter convention. The two-day session is a great chance to make use of a whole array of various classes. In these conventions I have been introduced to the new fitness trends such as Bokwa Fitness. Each class is the opportunity to expand our knowledge and expertise on how to work with our clients – says Katarzyna Niemczyk; the instructor of the Kielce fitness club Fit-Mania – in my opinion Targi Kielce is a good spot to have a meeting of this kind. I took part in previous Fir Style conventions; the level of expertise here does not differ from other conventions held in Poland. I am truly glad that here, in my home-town I am given the chance to attend classes of Poland’s as well as world’s best instructors. The Targi Kielce centre is the Kielce’s great asset as this is the place which attracts best coaches from all over the country. In addition to this exceptional convention, we can also visit the exhibition stands and thus become familiarised with new sports trends.
