This is the second edition of a two-day event organised by the FitStyle in conjunction with Targi Kielce. The first convention was held in summer 2011.

The convention programme encompasses, inter alia, step and dance lessons as well as body-strengthening classes – CRX 30, Pilates, Body Balance. The convention will also give a chance to have a closer look at different dance styles such as Jazz or House. The programme will not miss on energetic zumba which has been taking Polish fitness clubs by storm. An all that brought to you in scope of the KIELCE SPORT - ZIMA trade fair.

Targi Kielce host special guests – the best French presenters – Jessica Mellet and Alexander Melier. They have been joined by the fantastic Italian presenter – Giacomo Piccoli. Your exercise session can also be supervised by a Russian rising star of fitness - Valentin Annenko. Training sessions will also be run by Adam Gripenblom and Kirstin Anderson. In addition to the foreign presenters there will be a whole array of Polish excellent specialists; including Polish Step Queen Kasia Zaklikowska, Piotr and Paweł Tolak. Sonia Felbur will be here to present the High Heels lesson.

The International FitStyle Convention will also feature the finals of the FitPrezenter 2012 contest. The three finalists selected by the jury panel will be given a 25-minute slot each to present their abilities and to persuade the jury and the convention participants that they deserve the FitPrezenter 2012 title. The convention will also encompass the FitStyle Winter Academy with training and workshop sessions designed for instructors; these will be run by foreign presenters.
