The Work Career Development Trade Fair for Higher Education Institution Students and Graduates is Poland’s most important event for the employment market and student communities. This is also one of these rare events which offer young and ambitious people a chance to find a satisfying job. For the seventh time the event is jointly organised by AIESEC Kielce Local Committee, Targi Kielce and Academic Careers Office of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship Marshal’s Office and Możesz Więcej (You Can Do More) Foundation.

The Work Career Development Trade Fair in figures: 5,000 visitors and 100 exhibitors.

University students and graduates are given the chance to participate in a whole series of workshops chaired by entrepreneurs and those, who present hands-on experience. This year’s programme of meeting also encompasses the 2nd Business Education Development Forum; the debate will be held under the banner of “University – business cooperation boosts the region’s chance for development”. Ludwik Soboloewski, the former Warsaw Stocks Exchange President will deliver the introductory presentation. The discussion objective is to focus the attention of academic and business milieus upon the benefits derived from scientific research and diploma thesis crafted around the industry needs.
