Work Career Development 2010

The fair Work Career Development is one of the largest events in the labour market and among student communities. The name of the fair provides the best description of what will be on offer in Targi Kielce for all those who will visit the V National Employment Fair for Students and University Graduates held on the 7th March 2011.

The National Fair Work Career Development is one of these rare events which create the chance for young and ambitious people to find a proper job. The fifth edition of the event is realised in cooperation of AIESEC Local Committee in Kielce, Targi Kielce and the Career Office at The Jan Kochanowski University f Humanities and Sciences in Kielce.

The organisers’ vision of the fair is to provide students, graduates and job-seekers with interesting job and entrepreneurship offers.

The distinguishing feature of this fair when compared with its previous editions is the fact that the job offers will mainly address university graduates. The goal of the event is to encourage the cooperation between students’ associations and companies as well as to present active and entrepreneurial people with the opportunities the employment in Poland creates for them. The fair is also the chance for employers to promote entrepreneurships, trainings and employment possibilities among students. The fair facilitates direct contact of entrepreneurs with their potential employees, to exchange information and present expectations. The companies may encourage students and graduates with specific personality and education profiles to submit their applications. The companies have also the chance to create their image of an attractive employer.

All those who look for permanent employment or holiday apprenticeships in different lines of business are invited to visit our fair. 70 companies will be presenting their offers. All visitors are advised to prepare a few copies of their CV’s. Employers look for young and ambitious people in practically all lines of business.
