Ergonomic comfort in line with the new legal regulations

The room is fully equipped in accordance with the act of November 2023, which imposes requirements on the ergonomics of office workstations. The equipment portfolio includes:

• Ergonomic armchair and chair with adjustable armrests, headrest, seat and lumbar support. These features are crucial to providing adequate support during long hours of sedentary work.
• Height adjustable desk (up-down function), which allows you to change position from sitting to standing, which improves blood circulation and reduces fatigue.
• The document container—lockable and on wheels—fits perfectly under the desk, increasing the functionality of the work space.
• Large metal filing cabinet, also lockable, ensures safe storage of important files.

Leitz Ergo – a sitting ball for daytime activity

The Accounting Room features an interesting new feature - the possibility to test  Leitz Ergo Sitting Balls, which provides an additional seat at the desk. Regular changes in position, e.g. from a traditional chair to a ball every 30 minutes, can significantly improve posture, increase body flexibility and reduce back pain.  This dynamic form of sitting allow accountants to be physically active even during office work.
