We are a manufacturer of geomembranes such as foundation foils, horizontal insulation foils, geocomposites and green roof foils. PLAST MASTER was established in 1995 and since then we have been processing plastics. Due to the lack of a Polish manufacturer of foundation foils, in 2003 we decided to start the production of these foils in Poland. In this way, we became the first manufacturer of bucket foil in Poland. On the basis of our products – following the needs of the market and our customers, we have launched the production of geocomposites and films for "green roofs". A team of experienced employees supervising a fully automated production process in connection with regular tests in specialized notified external laboratories and our own well-equipped research and development laboratory ensure the high quality of our products. Giving buyers a guarantee of durability and the certainty of long-term waterproofing protection.
Due to their mechanical, separation, drainage properties and a wide range of filtration capabilities, DRENFOL series geocomposites are an appreciated solution of the moisture protection system and as a protective element in inverted roof installations, the so-called green roofs, both in residential and industrial construction. At the same time, due to their high tensile and compressive strength, DRENFOL series geocomposites are suitable for civil engineering structures, especially in road and railway engineering, in the construction of drainage systems for roadways, embankments, bridge abutments, culverts and tunnels, as well as in rainwater drainage systems for roadside retention reservoirs.
The DRENFOL geocomposite should be laid with the fleece towards the ground. In the case of fastening to all kinds of vertical wall partitions, fasten with steel nails or dowels at a spacing of about 60 cm. Connecting the strands is done through the so-called modular lock, to do this, make an overlap about 20 cm wide, peeling off the non-woven fabric from one of the sheets, make the connection and reapply the detached fragment of the non-woven fabric. Foil joints and any punctures should be sealed with butyl tape. When applied horizontally, the geocomposite should be laid with a non-woven fabric in the direction of the planned inflow of water (outside the protected surface). When laying a geocomposite in a horizontal position, it is always important to remember to maintain a minimum slope of 2% of the prepared substrate. In the direction of the puncture or damage system, the HDPE film should be sealed with butyl tape. In order to ensure the tightness of the joints of the geocomposite strands, it is necessary to make a tight modular lock, which consists in laying a minimum of ...
Due to their mechanical, separation, drainage and filtration properties, DRENTEXTILE geocomposites are an appreciated solution for the moisture protection system and as a protective element in inverted roof installations, the so-called green roofs, both in residential and industrial construction. At the same time, due to their high tensile and compressive strength, DRENTEXTILE geocomposites are suitable for civil engineering constructions, especially in road and railway construction of drainage systems for roadways, tunnels, embankments, bridge abutments, culverts and in rainwater drainage systems for roadside retention reservoirs. DRENTEXTILE series geocomposites are also widely used as drainage products in the construction of levees and hydro-surveying infrastructure.
DRENTEXTILE geocomposite should be laid with the geotextile towards the ground, in the case of attaching to all kinds of vertical partitions (walls), fixed with steel nails or dowels at a spacing of approx. 60 cm. To do this, make an overlap of approx. 20 cm wide, detaching the geotextile from one of the sheets, make the connection and reapply the detached fragment of the geotextile. Foil joints and any punctures should be sealed with butyl tape. When applied horizontally, the geocomposite should be laid with geotextile in the direction of the planned inflow of water (outside the protected surface). When laying a geocomposite in a horizontal position, it is always necessary to remember to maintain a minimum 2% slope of the prepared substrate towards the system collecting the absorbed water (the exact amount of inclination is determined by the technical design). Punctures or damage to the HDPE foil caused during installation should be sealed with butyl tape. In order to ensure that the ...
