RECYKL Organizacja Odzysku S. A. produces SMAPOL® additive for asphalt mixes (HMA) from high-strength synthetic fibers of modern tires.

The technology was developed in Poland and is being advanced in cooperation with Zeppelin.

SMAPOL® - serial produced in Poland additive to asphalt mixes: SYSTEM 2+ evaluation and verification of constancy of performance of construction products.

SMAPOL® in comparison with stabilizing additives based on cellulose fiber provides an optimal degree of bitumen absorption, which allows, with a lower binder content, to achieve higher strength and deformability parameters and higher water and frost resistance indexes of improved HMA.

SMAPOL® is the most cost-effective way to improve the physical and mechanical properties of HMA among known counterparts with a similar method of use.

Recykl Organizacja Odzysku S.A. has advanced technological production lines that allow us to obtain high-quality rubber powder GreenPowder® with required from Customer grain size: 0,0-0,4, 0,0-0,6, 0,0-0,8 mm.

GreenPowder® - the most effective way to asphalt modifying, proven on many kilometers of roads in Poland, which is subject to standardization on a European scale.

The extended surface of each GreenPowder® particle allows for achieving high efficiency of the "wet" asphalt rubber modification process with reduced energy costs. Asphalt mixes on such binders are different due to their high viscosity and increased layer thickness of binder on mineral particles, greater resistance to water and frost, fatigue, and thermal cracking, as well as increased resistance to plastic deformations.
