control-tech-2022 The three-day Trade Fair of Industrial Measurement Technology and Non-Destructive Testing CONTROL-TECH showcased modern measuring instruments and machines complemented with a the wide range of manufacturers' offers, industry seminars and lectures. 

Metrology - paves the way for innovative industry changes

The Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus is the foundation for a platform combining metrology with science and business. - The Metrology Cluster is a flywheel for Polish industry  Metrology can solve many problems of enterprises - said Katarzyna Borowicz, deputy director of the Department of Innovation and Development at the Central Office of Measures during the Science - Business - Economy seminar "Metrological challenges for the industry in the global economy". The seminar was organised by the Polish Metrological Union. - The most important goals of establishing the Polish Metrological Union are networking and activities positioning in Polish metrology, setting research directions, supporting staff development, and organising forums and conferences. The most important task is to make a general metrological inventory, i.e. a list of key scientific, research equipment, which is owned by academic centres, institutes, and the Łukasiewicz Research Network - explained Doctor Hab. Engineer Jerzy Jóźwik, university professor, and director of the Polish Metrological Union office.

control-tech-2022 The Metrological Cluster was established on 6 April 2022 during the Industrial Measurement Technology Fair; the Cluster brings together various institutions, including business and scientific milieus and non-governmental organisations. So far, the membership agreement has been signed by over 30 companies.  - The Metrology Cluster coordinated by Targi Kielce is such a cooperation forum -  in the short term, we will be able to develop unique competencies on a European and global scale. Our laboratory resources located in Kielce will be dedicated to collaborating with Polish and foreign companies and universities. We will undertake research challenges that will instil new development prospects for the industry - said the President of the Central Office of Measures - Professor Jacek Semaniak

Companies which deal with specialised measurements, material testing, producers of measuring instruments and endurance test devices are brought together at the CONTROL-TECH show. The event was held within the scope of the "Targi Kielce Industrial Autumn", as a part of the trade-show Cluster comprising  The expo cluster also includes the International Fair of Technologies for Foundry METAL,  HEAT TREATMENT, International Fair of Aluminium & Technology, Materials and Non-Ferrous Metal Products ALUMINUM&NONFERMET and the Recycling Fair - Recycling of Non-Ferrous Metal Fair.

The Metrology Cluster encourages its members to take doctoraal degrees
On Friday, 25 November, the Metrology Cluster's members met again at Targi Kielce. Doctorates in the metrology were mainly discussed; from this year on, companies' employees cooperation with universities and research institutes can carry out PhD procedures. This is a chance for enterprises - members of the Metrology Cluster.

The "Targi Kielce Industrial Autumn" , an agreement was signed with two Polish production companies as part of the Metrology Cluster. The Cluster is to provide the most cutting-edge metrological solutions to Polish industry, including the defence industry.

On the second day of the "Targi Kielce Industrial Autumn", awards and prizes were presented for products and best expo stand arrangement. Smarttech, celebrating its 20th anniversary, was also honoured during the gala ceremony

The great celebration of the foundry industry has started!
The metallurgical trade fair began with the ringing of the bell, funded by HÜTTENES-ALBERTUS Polska on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Targi Kielce. "Industrial Autumn" and its accompanying expos ALUMINUM&NONFERMET, RECYCLING, CONTROL-TECH and HEAT TREATMENT are held from 20 to 22 September 2022 at Targi Kielce.

Cooperation agreement between PGZ and the Metrological Cluster signed at MSPO
On the third day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce, the cooperation agreement between the Polish Armaments Group and the Metrology Cluster was signed. The signing act by the president of Targi Kielce, Doctor Andrzej Mochoń and PGZ president Sebastian Chwałek.

Foundry Commission of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) session held within the scope of the Industrial Autumn
One of the METAL Expo's accompanying events, part of the Targi Kielce Industrial Autumn, is the Foundry Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences' session. The event is organised by the Silesian University of Technology and the Polish Academy of Sciences.

The Office of Technical Inspection offers its auspices to CONTROL-TECH
The Polish Centre for Testing and Certification and the Office of Technical Inspection have again granted their patronage to the Fair of Industrial Measurement Technology and Non-Destructive Testing CONTROL-TECH in Kielce. The office ensures the safety of devices and technical installations it supervises, being Poland’s central unit of this kind.
