The show offers consumers a unique opportunity to learn about a wide range of organic, traditional and high-quality products -  this was a direct response to the participants' expectations. A comprehensive and diversified range of natural and organic products available at the event includes honey, bread, pasta, sausages, sweets, unique sour soups, pickles and food preserves and many more.

Organic products popularity has been growing every year. This popularity has also brought about consumers' increased awareness. Well-tested and products which have proven their quality, based on authentic recipes have thus become a most-chosen option. Our families' health and well-being is our priority; therefore, we are more willing to choose organic products. - First of all, we can showcase our product, present them to clients, demonstrate our new products and promote healthy food. Healthy eating styles are worth taking care of. Healthy food is not that expensive - this is what we want to show. We prosper for new customers - said Kinga Cieślik from the organic farm in Ambrożów.

Culinary demonstrations based on ecological products proved very popular part of the show. The food prepared in front of the viewers' eyes was also offered for tasting.  - We have cooperated with Targi Kielce for many years, and this cooperation has always been fruitful for us. This is the second time we showcase our portfolio in order to promote eco-friendly products. The project is financed by the Beef, Pork, Fruit and Vegetable Promotion Fund as well as by the Grains and Grain-Products Promotion Fund. This project has been designed to present the diversity and Polish processors', processors' and farmers' production capabilities - this is our primary goal. We want customers and trade fair visitors to have the opportunity to try and taste certified food products. The event also includes culinary demonstrations. The dishes we prepare are based on ecological products - said Czesław Meus, the Polish Ecology Association, an expert in cereals and cereal products.

The event also saw the competition finals organised by Świętokrzyski Agricultural Advisory Centre in Modliszewice - the contest comprised the two categories. The first category - "Ecological Commercial Farms" winners - Katarzyna and Maciej Dybowscy The second - "Ecology&Environment"  - Dorota and Jarosław Masternak were pronounced the winners.

As part of the Eco-Style, Świętokrzyskie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Modliszewice also held the conference on new organic farming regulations which come into force starting from 2021. The conference participants were given a chance to learn more about the scope of the regulations and the three categories these regulations are divided into: live or unprocessed agricultural products (including seeds and plant material for propagation), processed products as food, feed and fodders: - The new regulations on organic farming have been on halt - since spring we have been waiting for the commission's decision to change the date of this regulation application. The pandemic resulted in consultations, information exchange delays as well as the commission's work postponement. - said Dorota Metera, an expert in the field of agricultural policy of the European Union and organic farming.
