Balviten Glutenfree is internationally recognized manufacturer of high quality gluten free and low protein food products. Company was founded in 2007 and currently employs more than 200 people. Our production plants are located in Siemianowice Slaskie and Jadowniki (both in Poland), while our trading office and logistic deparment for Italian market is located in Sterzing/Vipiteno (Italy).

Starting with excellent bread and fine cakes, through healthy sweets and ending on flours and mixes for home baking, Balviten brand provides diversed food products for people suffering from gluten intolerance.

We are constantly looking for new solutions and recipes to widen our portfolio. At the same time we invest in modern technologies so our plants can manufacture state of the art products which quality is confirmed by international IFS and BRC certificates.
