Inspired by market demand for a personalised, welcoming and contemporary facility that engages and supports small and medium sized cosmetic manufacturers at every stage of the production process, the concept of creating a facility that combines laboratory and warehouse operations was born. We guarantee that our services and products comply with all relevant cosmetics legislation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Our company specialises in the production of cosmetics for the beauty industry. We are pleased to offer two main models of cooperation: Private Label Creation and Contract Manufacturing. In these areas, we can oversee the entire project from start to finish or perform a portion of it, such as compounding, filing, packaging or creating a dedicated formulation, and preparing samples.


Our machinery park comprises professional, world-class process equipment. The Urlinski brand mixer enables us to manufacture even the most intricate cosmetic formulations. Furthermore, it enables us to produce small batches of product, with a minimum production quantity of 30 kg.
Our facility includes a 1000-liter mixer for cold-prepared formulations.It is designed to handle the speed and volume required for large orders, such as the production of detergent masses (gels, shampoos, micellar water products)

The packaging line is designed to accommodate a range of dosage sizes. The facility is equipped with a fully automated sealing machine for aluminium lids.

Furthermore,the packaging line features an innovative light-based sterilisation system, enabling the reuse of cosmetic containers. The system ensures the removal of bacteria and viruses at a rate of over 99%. This solution enables the implementation of a zero-waste programme within your company.

We adhere to the standards set forth by Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). These norms encompass all aspects of production, from the fundamental assumptions about our factory (construction, technical, and technological) to the requirements for raw materials, machinery, personnel, production processes (procedures and methods), the storage and distribution of products.


We offer a comprehensive range of services to create, produce, package.
Our expertise extends to recipe creation and full documentation of the cosmetic, including a Safety Assessment Report and product filing with CPNP.
