The Green City Expo for the second time

Green City Expo - the Urban Greenery and Street Furniture Exhibition was held for the second time at the Kielce exhibition and congress centre. The three days’ expo offered the exhibitors the opportunity to present their offer. The expo visitors in addition to the expo also had the chance to participate in training sessions and meetings.

From February 27 to March 1, greenery lovers and those interested in street furniture and urban planning were brought together at the Targi Kielce. The visitors had the chance to become familiar with the offer of companies which are professionals, in green areas maintenance, protection and maintenance of tree stand, implementation of solutions designed to preserve biologically active areas, such as green roofs or mini-parks. Manufacturers of benches, car-ports, potted greenery for the city-use, visual identification systems, relaxation zone equipment for e.g. outdoor gyms and many other were also present at the expo.

Industry meetings - a real asset of the expo

The trade fair included meetings and courses for business insiders. The “Greenery in great demand” conference was held for the second time. The meeting participants found out about hortitherapy and its application  in Kielce Botanical Garden. The problems of the old tree stand were also discussed in addition to the success of Wrocław greenery investments. The topic of urban meadows and the bees and butterflies breeding in large agglomerations were also on the agenda.

One of the events accompanying the Green City Expo was the Vextorworks Landmark training course - the session participants had the chance to discover the most comprehensive CAD software for landscape architects!
