What should a modern public transport fare collection system be like?
First and foremost, it should be convenient for passengers.
But that’s not all.
From the perspective of the user, such as a city, municipality, or municipal company, a fare collection system must meet additional criteria.
The ideal system should be flexible and easily adaptable to evolving technological realities. It should allow for the easy and quick integration of new services and the onboarding of new entities, with transparent and fast settlement processes. Its implementation and maintenance should also be relatively cost-effective.
All these criteria are met by our proprietary solutions – the Open Payment System™ and the Municipal Card System™.
We design, build, implement, and integrate modern fare collection systems for cities and metropolitan areas. These systems combine the distribution, sale, and settlement of all electronic services available to residents.
Our systems are currently operational in Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Jaworzno, Łódź, Włocławek, and Suwałki. Since 2016, we have been successfully implementing the Open Payment System™, which is based on a universal ticket terminal using EMV technology. This allows for unlimited possibilities in the development and configuration of tariffs based on bank cards (including virtual versions).
Our offer includes the most advanced devices for the sale and control of tickets (electronic and paper with 2D codes), as well as mobile applications for ticket sales and trip planning. We have our own nationwide sales network, within which terminals for contactless cards and paper tickets with 2D codes operate, along with stationary and mobile ticket vending machines, as well as online stores selling electronic public transport tickets.
