This is the latest model of a manual laser welding machine that uses Fiber-type sources. It is equipped with a high-quality welding head with a WOBBLE module that enables modulation of the beam in various shapes. The laser is equipped with a single or double automatic wire feeder.
Key Features of FIBER Technology:
• Highly accurate control of the welding process
• High speed and cleanliness of welds
• Lack or very minimal post-weld processing (no grinding)
• Very small heat-affected zone, preventing material deformation
• Ease and speed of employee training
Additionally, an integrated water cooling system protects against optical overheating, ensuring longer lens life and the capability for continuous operation. The FIBER Pro is availiable in various configurations of optical heads, allowing changes in the shape and diameter of the laser beam oscillation.
