Our Company Mogielnicki i Spółka, previously Monkiewicz
i Spółka has been manufacturing powder coating and wet
painting equipment and devices since 1992. We manufacture
a wide variety of products ranging from simple devices
designed for small workshops to the most advanced, automatic

We also manufacture a range of spray and dip pretreatment lines to ensure
professional and high quality treatment of surfaces that are fully corrosion
resistant.
Our spraying stands are compatible with any manual handling and automatic
conveyor system as well as Power & Free conveyors. We offer simple, technical
solutions for workpiece degreasing as well as advanced, automatic chemical dosage
systems.
Our ovens and dryers have been designed for the full range of heating systems from
electric, natural gas and LPG to furnace oil. On automatic transport systems, ovens and
dryers can be fitted with A – shape inlets to reduce heat losses, double air curtains and
pneumatically controlled automatic sliding doors.
Our conveyor systems have combined all the above systems and devices to ensure comfortable
and efficient operation while guaranteeing the required level of performance. We have manual
conveyor systems for ground and overhead level transport as well as crossed, roll-on/roll-off,
automatic, continuous flow, Power & Free systems with sidetracks and additional loading and
unloading yards.
The automatic and step by step lines are fully automated by means of a control cabinet fitted
with a PLC control and touch panel. This solution gives fingertip access to the full picture
of line operations, enabling fast and efficient access to error records and control of specific
operation parameters. The PLC Cabinet also allows for full control of the line output via smart,
mobile devices.
