Welcome to the world of Froddo footwear - a sustainable brand that blurs the boundaries between top quality, innovation, and social responsibility. At Ivančica d.d., guided by the principles of social responsibility and sustainability, we strive to make a positive impact on society and the environment through our values and business model. But what exactly does that mean for us and for you, our loyal customers? With a tradition spanning over 75 years, we create individual, authentic, and sustainable footwear. Froddo shoes can be found on over 1,300 shelves in 42 countries worldwide.
Our production is located at our headquarters in Croatia, where we produce one million pairs of shoes annually. First and foremost, our employees are the heart and soul of our company. More than 500 families from the local community are not only part of our team but also part of our Froddo family. As a unique family, we care for each other, creating a safe and supportive work environment. We proudly emphasize that we have fully integrated 33 people with disabilities into our team, providing them with opportunities to showcase their skills and contribute to our success. We continue to invest in our employees, supporting their growth, development, and well-being.
We take pride in our ISO certifications, which confirm our commitment to high standards of sustainable business practices and creating added value for our customers. We hold the ISO 45001:2018 certification for occupational health and safety management, ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management.

Reducing our ecological footprint is crucial to us, so we utilize innovative technologies and materials with a lower impact on the environment. For example, green energy covers 100% of our energy needs, and LED lighting and the use of solar systems for hot water preparation are just some of the ways we enhance energy efficiency.
