Description
For years KFA Armatura has specialised in making high-pressure castings from various aluminium alloys, together with full mechanical processing and painting. the factory has advanced technologies and a team of experts with extensive experience, thus guaranteeing the production of a high quality assortment.
WE OFFER COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF:
- high-pressure aluminium alloy castings weighing up to 8 kg,
- production of spare parts for moulds (e.g.: gating sleeves, sliders, guide poles, etc.),
- manufacture of assembly and machining tooling,
- overhaul of casting moulds and tooling,
- manufacture of a wide range of machine spare parts,
- turning, milling, drilling, grinding, polishing, hollowing and sharpening services.
The history of our company - Armatura Kraków S.A. dates back to 1922, more than 100 years of experience in production and technology is a guarantee of receiving proven products and services.
Our factory, where we manufacture aluminium radiators, has enormous potential for the production of cooperative elements. You are welcome to commission us for the quotation and production of cast aluminium components. The factory is in continuous operation: 24h/7 days. It is located in Nisk in the Podkarpacie region.
Our foundry produces high-pressure aluminium castings weighing up to 8 kg (e.g. heat sinks, motor and gearbox bodies, spindle supports, handles, bushings, plates, pa¬s wheels, flanges, brackets, holders and silencers for power grids, street lamp housings).
Aluminium castings are made using high-pressure casting technology with cold-chamber machines. We have machines with a short-circuit force of 650T to 1200T. The main alloy used is ENAB 46100 alloy, however, depending on the batch size, other aluminium alloys can be used.

- Colosio PFO 900
- Colosio PFO 1000
- Maico GK 1000
- Maico GKS 1000
- Colosio PFO 1200 (3 machines)
The toolroom, which operates in the factory, is equipped with numerically controlled milling and turning machines, as well as conventional machines: milling machines, lathes, a boring machine, shaft grinders, hole grinders, surface grinders, tool sharpeners, as well as locksmith and polishing stations.
