The RDM type is suitable for mounting directly on the hopper of the processing machine, it is characterized by a modular structure enabling its easy expansion during operation. System drying thanks to RDL is used for high yields.
- Dehumidifiers of the injection and blowing zone - MSP preventing the onerous effect of mold retting during the period of increased air humidity. Modern technology ensures an increase in production efficiency and low maintenance costs, which in turn allows for a very quick return on investment. It supplies the protected mold space with dry process air with a dew point of 4°C. MSP dehumidification systems are available in capacities from 1,000 to 10,000 m3/h of process air volume. They guarantee condensate-free production with cooling water from 6°C. All year round, regardless of climate and weather. For the customer, this means the ability to achieve consistent production quality with higher productivity.
- Chillers for packaging blowing - CAC are used to optimize the production process during blow molding. They use compressed, dry and cold air, thanks to which it is possible to significantly shorten the production cycle time, even up to 50%.
