Czech engineering firm BOCO PARDUBICE machines, s.r.o. was founded in 1994 and currently employs approximately 70 employees.
Thanks to our technological background and the range of professional services we offer, we are one of the leading European manufacturing companies in the plastics and rubber industry.
Our production portfolio is mainly focused on:
• Production of regranulation and recycling extrusion lines for processing plastic materials, scrap and waste.
• Production of extruding technological extrusion lines for various types of profiles, flat films, tubes, etc., while the main processed materials are thermoplastics, rubber and silicone.
• Production and renovation of plastic and rubber screws, chambers, tools, extrusion nozzles, flat and spiral heads, etc.
• Production and overhaul of single-screw and double-screw (parallel/conical) extruders.
• We also provide engineering services and consultancy in the field of thermoplastic processing to our business partners and customers.
An important part of the technical support is a special world-recognized and used plastics modularization software – DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE (for the 2D-FEM APEG USA module) called VIRTUAL EXTRUSION LABORATORY™. Our company has purchased a perpetual license with up-to-date access support. We are the only company in the Czech Republic that uses this software for the purpose of carrying out professional construction designs, analyzing and modeling the most qualitatively and performance-optimal designs and geometries of screws, chambers, tools, flat and spiral heads, nozzles, etc., which helps to quickly and effectively solve very complex cases with minimal costs for the development of a new or upgrading an existing product.
The company's business activity, apart from the sale of its own production, also focuses on the sale of other additional equipment and components for extrusion process lines for plastics, rubber and silicone. This is a close business cooperation with important foreign manufacturers of the above mentioned machines and lines, who have many years of experience in the given field.
Another production activity of the company is the offer of free production machining capacities (turning, milling, grinding, drilling, sparking, honing, etc.) and special custom welding work.
