Description
Ekochem has been comprehensively operating in the Polish and foreign plastics market since 1999. During these 25 years, we have gone from an importer to a manufacturer of high-quality machinery and entire processing lines for plastics processing according toour own designs, and from a recycler to a manufacturer of specialized additives for plastics such as transparent fillers or moisture absorber with features not found in other manufacturers.
The first novelty in our offer is the AGGLO LRA 60 granulation line with TÜV
certification.The awarded TÜV certificate covers the entire technological process of the production line.Double-insulated heaters and drive soundproofing ensure energy savings and noise reduction during machine operation.
The next novelty is the RW die-head model, in which the water cutting system with pneumatic clamping is implemented. The Die-head has ben designed and manufactured by Ekochem from Głogowo near Toruń, The Patent nr 243923.

The water cutting system with pneumatic clamping is widely used in the polymer industry as a granulation system for various polymer materials. The RW die-head model is entirely designed and manufactured by Ekochem from Głogowo near Toruń. One of the crucial features of the die-head function is the pneumatic clamping of the knife holder, ensuring stable and precise material cutting. The housing shift on linear guides ensures the axial alignment of the system. Easy knife replacement allows for quick adaptation

AGGLO LRA 60 The AGGLO LRA 60 granulation line with TÜV certification is a new addition to the product range of Ekochem from Głogowo near Toruń. The awarded TÜV certificate covers the entire technological process of the production line. A crucial component of the entire machine is the agglomerator equipped with a dual temperature stabilization system. Graduated knives allow for precise control over the material shredding process. The line is made of components from well-known and respected European manufacturers. The Rossi gearbox operates quietly, while the Siemens motor with high efficiency ensures the agglomerator's effective operation with minimal energy consumption. Double-insulated heaters and drive soundproofing ensure energy savings and noise reduction during machine operation. PLC control enables precise control of the agglomeration process.
