Apparatus for measuring bulk density
The Type PI-MGES 01 NAS apparatus is designed for determining the bulk density, bulk weight and pouring time of powders or other materials. For example, the measure of bulk density is the ratio of mass per unit volume of material poured through a defined funnel into a 100 cm3 measuring cylinder. Excess material is removed along the edge and the mass of the contents is determined by weight. Bulk density is expressed in grams per millilitre.

The gauge model PI-MGG 01 is a precise, automatic and laser-controlled instrument for measuring simultaneously the thickness and basis weight of material made of paper and all kinds of plastics, including films. Amongst others, the meter complies with EN ISO 536 Paper and cardboard - determination of basis weight; PN-ISO 4593 Plastics - Films and boards - determination of thickness by scanning. After the sample is applied and the start key is pressed, the measurement is carried out automatically. In accordance with the standards, the sample is automatically loaded during the measurement, which guarantees high precision and accuracy.

We present a fully Polish-made X-ray fluorescence spectrometer ED XFR, dedicated to the determination of elemental content in fuels, lubricants and oils. Using our spectrometer, it is possible to determine the sulphur content of fuels or the elemental composition profile of oils and lubricants in a very short time.
The content of iron, nickel, chromium, vanadium, copper and zinc in oils can be used to quickly diagnose the engines and machinery from which the sample is taken. By determining the calcium and sulphur content of oils and greases, it is possible to optimise the composition of lubricating oils in large engines. The PI-300 spectrometer has a unique way of presenting the sample (patent pending), which makes measurements quicker and easier.

Contamination Detection System: Dosimetry Gateway
The Contamination Detection System is a device based on compact dosimetry gates of the BD-01 type. It has been designed for continuous monitoring of the magnitude of gamma ionising radiation. The apparatus complies with the PN-EN 62022 standard for permanently installed monitors for the control and detection of gamma radiation from emitters contained in recyclable or non-recyclable materials transported by vehicles. Whether by rail, road or other means of transport.
The system avoids costly radioactive contamination of areas: landfill sites, scrap metal, rubbish, equipment, workplaces - smelters, products and personnel by continuously monitoring selected areas, e.g. vehicle gates, railways, pedestrian and vehicular traffic crossings. The system itself is safe, generating no ionising radiation.
The system includes:

Thickness and weight meters in laboratory and industrial (online) versions operate in a non-contact manner and do not damage the sample under test. The measurement uses the phenomenon of partial absorption of radiation by the sample under test. After passing through the test medium, the electromagnetic wave beam falls on a detector which converts the radiation changes into an electrical signal. A change in the thickness or weight of the material being measured causes a change in the detector current, which is sent to the microprocessor controller. The information provided in real time (online) or in laboratory applications increases productivity and saves on raw materials used. Meters, especially in the online version, allow the production process to be controlled remotely, often under extreme conditions, such as high temperature, high humidity or high dust.
