Large-size 3D printers powered by granules
3D printers for printing large-size parts are a solution to the problems of printing large-size elements by using a 3D printer head powered directly by plastic granules. This solution is available on the market in the form of heads that can be installed on the arm of an industrial robot or in the Cartesian system of a CNC machine tool.
The offer includes heads based on single-screw extruders with screw diameters from 16 to 60 mm.
The offered heads for 3D printers achieve capacities ranging from approximately 1.5 kg/h for a head with a diameter of 16 mm to approximately 150 kg/h for a head with a diameter of 60 mm. Thanks to FDM technology, it becomes possible to create complex geometries and parts with internal cavities while maintaining very high 3D printing efficiency. High-performance additive manufacturing creates significant competitive advantages for organizations.

AMR mobile robots began to be created many years ago, but they have been improved throughout this time. As a result, high-quality devices are now available that enable autonomous decision-making. This happens as a result of taking information from the environment.
They use not only sensors, but also artificial intelligence algorithms, which is important for their success. The first robots of this type appeared in the mid-20th century. However, they moved very slowly, but over time they were improved. Among other things, a sound sensor was attached to them, which allowed even better use of the robots.
With the help of AMR mobile robots, it is possible, among other things, to efficiently transport pallets within production halls and warehouses. They are also useful when towing carts or when monitoring various systems. Often, they also provide support for roller conveyors.

We design and build robotic stations and production lines.
We also undertake the automation of industrial production in existing production processes based on slightly older technology. Modernization can be carried out in two ways:
- by ordering new machines designed to operate in an automated production line,
- thanks to the modification of currently owned machines, which can be adapted to work with industrial robots.
We carry out robotization of stations in accordance with applicable safety standards, and then issue EC declarations of conformity for robotic machines.
We provide solutions using modern industrial automation methods and industrial robots from leading manufacturers such as ABB, KUKA, FANUC and KAWASAKI.

Precision single-spindle miniature winders are designed especially for laboratory lines that do not require the process to last continuously for many hours.
Thanks to fully digital control, these small winders ensure uniform winding and control of the tension of the wound profile.

The main function of the single-screw extruder is to melt and plasticize the polymer material to form a uniform mixed melt and realize the transition from the glassy state to the viscous liquid state.
The type of the extruder's plasticizing system is selected appropriately to the specificity of the material processed by the customer. The cylinder and the extruder screw are responsible for the quality and consistency of the extruded material. There are many possible configurations of cylinders and screws used in extruders for extruding various plastics and other materials.
The key parameters of the extruder are the quality of material plasticization and its homogenization, i.e. thorough mixing of ingredients.
Sitech3D single-screw extruders provide scientists with a high ability to reproduce and design industrial processes in the conditions of a research laboratory.
