The expo commenced with the official opening ceremony, which was graced with the presence of guests of honour, including Chief Commander of Police Marek Boroń, who spoke at the ceremony:
- Targi Kielce is an excellent platform for exchanging experiences and practices between services that work for safety, security, and public order.

The POLSECURE expo's knowledge pack
Dynamic shows presentations - an essential element of the safety and security expo
Dynamic show presentations always catch the guests' interest. The representatives of various uniformed services put the best foot forward in live presentations in controlled conditions. Officers from the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police, the Prison Service and firefighters presented their skills during dynamic shows; they used realistic explosions, specialised equipment and a tactical dog. There were shots, fire and casualties.
A minibus accident. Several fatalities, and mutilated bodies. The show's viewers at Targi Kielce see it as a blood-curdling spectacle. CLKP officers find it everyday work. Dynamic shows presented the body-identifying process after a traffic accident; the incident scene was secured. The bodies were recovered in accordance with INTERPOL procedures. A mobile mortuary was the place to examine the bodies and collect personal data
The dynamic show on the square next to the Kielce exhibition halls also featured firefighters who were called to an accident scene; there are two passenger cars, including one electric car. As a result of the accident, three people are injured: the driver of the electric vehicle leaves the vehicle untouched and then falls on the road; the driver and passenger of the other passenger vehicle are trapped in the car, lying on its roof. Sounds dangerous? After a while, the electric vehicle's battery catches fire.
