BTR Systems, a company under the Blachotrapez Group, is the first Polish manufacturer of stone chip coated roofing. This unique solution confirms its quality and durability by being covered by a 60-year functional warranty, which is the longest warranty on the market.
When implementing BTR Systems, our company started with the pilot production of stone chip coated roofing in two variants: Thunder and Blizzard. Combining sheet metal with stone chip turned out to be such a good idea that Blachotrapez increased its production capacity, thus expanding the BTR Systems portfolio with new products: Storm, Mistral, and Bolt.
Original colours — adapted to various architectural styles
Our products are available in a range of colours from classic black in the shade of Onyx, through always fashionable, timeless browns (Amber) and greys (Hematite), shades of red (Jasper), to inapparent green (Jade). An extensive range of colours makes BTR Systems roofing suitable for various architectural styles.
Strength of stone chip
Stone chip has many advantages. It has an extremely distinctive structure, visible even from a distance. The thick, rocky grain creates an effective barrier against weather conditions. The surface is resistant to scratches and damage, which provides greater convenience in transport and during assembly, as well as in everyday use. The advantage of such roofing is also the ability to dampen sounds, which significantly increases the comfort of staying in the attic during unfavourable climate, such as downpours or hailstorms. They also provide protection against excessive overheating of rooms.
The structure of the stone chip module consists of as many as eight layers that protect the roof panel from external factors such as snow, rain, high temperature. and solar radiation. The steel core, coated with Aluzinc on both sides, guarantees exceptional durability.
Continuous development of the machinery park, i.e., the most modern, fully automated production line, and quality control of finished products at every stage of production allow us to meet the requirements of international customers and offer them even better conditions.
