The LONTEX company was founded in 1990 in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The beginning of its activity is the provision of transport services and coach rental. Expanding the activity to include tachograph service services in 1996 directed the company's activity, emphasizing the construction and continuous improvement of a nationwide network of services.

Growing customer requirements, the need for continuous development and the growing interest in the spare parts market resulted in the launch of the sales department in 1999. In the following years, the offer was extended to, among others, training services for the transport industry, accredited measurement laboratory, ferry crossing department, work protection assortment department, drivers' working time department and the department of advanced telematics solutions.
