In Poland, we are the exclusive distributor of MotulTech - Baraldi in the field of aluminum die casting technology, which has a tradition of more than a century and sets market trends in this area. The advantage of our partner is that it has a Technical Center where new chemicals for high quality and environmentally friendly production are developed and tested, i.e. mold separators, granules and piston oils, starting oils and pastes.
Key application analysis, which is the basis for the search for new materials, formulations and innovative solutions, is developed directly by Baraldi's in--house Research Center. This makes it possible to create state-of-the-art products that comply with environmental regulations (according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards). Special equipment makes it possible to evaluate thermal parameters, the ability to form coatings and adhesion to surfaces of various products. This data is analyzed in laboratories and can be used to cooperate with our customers and to develop new products.

We offer filters that ensure high and reproducible quality because they are manufactured from the best specialized materials such as:
- Non-woven polyester
- Aluminum-coated filter polyesters
- Filter polyesters covered with Teflon
- Polyester-glass composites
- Filter paper based on glass fibers
- Fire-resistant filter papers (heat resistance up to 1260°C)
- Self-extinguishing polyester filter materials meeting DIN4102+DIN5343 standards
- Cellulose filter papers F1-cell resistant (not flame retardant)

The industrial filters we recommend are designed and manufactured to provide the most effective filtration process. Optimal design, pleat distribution, core reinforcements, pleat stabilizing bands ensure high rigidity and prevent deformation of the filter during operation. Filters are made as standard on the basis of a material composed of 100% polyester fibers.
Filters using filter material based on polyester fibers combine high cleaning efficiency and very high dirt absorption.
