PLEASE NOTE: Earlier expo halls availability, i.e. before 10.03.2025 required for the expo stands assembly, individual expo stands construction or machines installation at the expo stands possible on condition that the fee specified in the Expo Rules and Regulations has been paid in full fair participants. Prior consent of the Director of the Technical and Administrative  Department is mandatory. (The fee does not apply to the machines brought into the expo hall only for storage in waiting until the assigned exhibition place in the exhibition pavilion is available - the exhibitor’s expo stand).

If necessary (information from expo stands construction developers required), the expo halls opening time may be extended or limited in order to make it possible to bring in exhibits (such as machines) and install bespoke expo stands constructions.

"SERVICE" identification cards, "EXHIBITOR" identification cards and CAR passes can be collected:

Price of additional entry card (Exhibitor): 35 zł +VAT

Price of additional all-days parking ticket: 100 zł +VAT

Price of a parking card for trucks up to 12 tons: 400 zł +VAT

Price of a parking card for trucks over 12 tons: 600 zł +VAT
