The Czekała company has been operating as a family business since 1993, producing various types of scales. The founder was Bernard Czekała, who worked as a scale designer for many years. The beginnings of our activity are related to the production of agricultural scales, which were used to dose feed into mixers.
VEHICLE SCALES
Vehicle scales manufactured by Czekała are scales that have been popular among customers not only in Poland but also in Europe.
For over 30 years, we have been providing our customers with scales characterized by the highest quality, durability and precision of measurements. In addition, the price of each of them is attractive.
Our offer includes overrun vehicle scales, recessed, portable and those that are not permanently attached to the ground. We produce scales with steel and steel-concrete structures.
The steel-concrete structure is most often chosen by customers not only because of its very good quality-price ratio, but above all, it ensures long-term and failure-free use.
All vehicle scales are manufactured in our company from the very beginning to the end result, which is customer satisfaction and operational reliability from the first weighing.
LIVESTOCK SCALES
Our livestock scales are used to weigh pigs and cattle on farms. Each livestock scale we make can have any dimensions and varying levels of lifting capacity, which we always adapt to the requirements and needs of our customers.
A properly selected livestock scale will perfectly fulfill its tasks and will be a great convenience when working with animals.
Most importantly, as a manufacturer, we ensure that each cattle or pig scale we produce is always adapted to the individual needs of the customer.
OFFER OF LEGALIZATION AND CALIBRATION OF SCALES
We provide legalization and calibration services for vehicle, livestock, platform and industrial scales, as well as other scales and devices.
We carry out legalization and calibration of scales throughout Poland. We have our own transport with an HDS crane and over 40 tons of weight mass.
We approach each order professionally, implementing them in accordance with applicable standards, norms and guidelines of the Central Office of Measures.
After the analysis, we issue a certificate, which contains all information regarding the legalization or calibration of the scale.
OTHER AREAS OF THE COMPANY'S OPERATIONS
Since 2007, we have expanded our offer to include professional CNC machining of metals and plastics. After some time, we increased the technological capabilities of our facilities, which allowed us to introduce CNC machining services on 3, 4 and 5-axis machines.
Our company, together with SOBMETAL, has also developed in the design of high-performance feed mixing plants. The mixing plants are fully automated and their capacity reaches up to 25 tons/hour.
