The Kutno Foundry specializes in providing comprehensive production of grey, ductile and molybdenum cast iron castings weighing from 0.5 to 62 kg.

Our offer includes comprehensive service, from the preparation of the project and technological and construction documentation, through the preparation of pattern, casting, machining, painting, completion, to delivery.
Castings are produced in the technology of forming in bentonite mass, using advanced forming machines:
• Horizontal SINTO machine (with mould size 700x900x250 mm; Efficiency: 100 boxes per hour).
• Horizontal SINTO machine ( with mould size 700x900x150 mm; Efficiency: 100 boxes per hour).
• DISA-MATIC vertical machine (with mould size 525×650 mm; Efficiency: 250 boxes per hour).
Our products are used in the automotive, mining, agriculture, elevators and escalators, fittings and many other industries. From 2024, thanks to the concession obtained, we also offer castings for the defence sector.
The Kutno Foundry regularly implements sustainable development standards, through the use of renewable energy (50% of energy comes from OZE), recycling of steel waste and other energy-saving solutions that minimize the impact of production on the natural environment. Activities are carried out as part of the Quality Assurance System and the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 approved by QS Zurich.
